Comparison Of The Clinical Effect Of Diosmin Tablets And Diyu Huaijiao Pills On I Stage Internal Hemorrhoid

Hemorrhoids are common and multiple anorectal disease, according to the census data show that, the morbidity of anorectal disease was 59.1%,of which Hemorrhoids accounted for 87.25%. The incidence rate of the female was larger than the mate. This disease may attack the body in any age, and it will be worse gradually with the increase of age. Our Chinese doctors treat hemorrhoids in various ways. It’s the embodiment of national wisdomObjective:The objective of the study was to observe the clinical curative effect of the Chinese patent medicine Diyu Huaijiao pills and Diosmin Tablets (ALVENOR) in the treatment of I stage internal hemorrhoid.Through the research and analysis we can draw the conclusion whether the Diyu Huaijiao pils can be used alone.Method:Sixty Internal hemorrhoids patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected in the outpatient surgery of Wangjing hospital. They were randomized into two groups. Patients in the test group received the Chinese patent medicine Diyu Huaijiao pills, while patients in the control group received Diosmin Tablets (ALVENOR).All the patients were treated for seven days. At the same time we gave the patients health education to helped them get rid of bad living habits. After seven days, the clinical curative effect would be counted and analyzed. By analyzing the results we can draw a conclusion.Results:According to the score changes of hemorrhoids bleeding, discomfort of anus, mucous membrane performance and diameter of hemorrhoids before and after the treatment in the two groups. Two groups of patients with hemorrhoids after treatment significantly improved. In the test group, cure was achieved in 20 cases and cure rate was 67%, marked improvement was obtained in 6 cases and marked improvement rate was 20%, the general improvement was 4 cases and the general improvement rate was 13%.In the control group the outcome of number and rate was 21,7,2 and 70%,23%,7%.There were no significant differences between the comparison results(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of I stage internal hemorrhoid, Both Diyu Huaijiao pills and Diosmin Tablets (ALVENOR) can make big improvements. No significant difference in clinical efficacy of Diyu Huaijiao pills and Diosmin Tablets (ALVENOR) on I stage internal hemorrhoid.
