Abstract/Summary:
Rape seed and meal can be used to feed stuff, but several anti-nutrient factors that exist in it limited the amount in feed material, such as erucic, glocosinolate and its metabolite including isothiocyanate and oxazolidine . For this reason, experts have selected some excellent variety with double-low gene. Today, these breeding can be used into feed stuff. The objectives of this study investigated the effect of difference ratios of rape seed and rape meal on dairy cattle to determine the best ratio. The rapeseed and rape meal come from the mainly rape production area in Innermogolia. We have detected the nutrient component and anti-nutritive factors.Healthy Sanhe dairy cow in middle-lactation were used to determine the difference which supplied 10%,15%,20% double-low rapeseed meal compared with supplying Soya bean meal in dairy cattle diet. And compared Soya bean meal dairy cattle concentrate diet which were supplied 3%,7%,11% double-low rapeseed with no rapeseed . Compared rape meal dairy cattle concentrate diet which were supplied 3%,7%,11% double-low rapeseed with no rapeseed. Results from study clearly show:The nutrient component of rape and its by-production were similar with different area. The mount of erucic acid, glocosinolate were lowest of QingYou 14 rape seed that was produced in Hulunbeier , and the amounts of erucic acid, isothiocyanate, oxazolidine were lowest in its by-production.1. Mild yield significant increased (P<0.05) on diet, meanwhile, apparent digestibility, nitrogen utility, DE, ME increased, Separately. So, this ratio is the best one.2. Effects of supplementing 3 % to 7 % double-rape meal on meal yield, mild component were not different between Soya bean meal's type diet(P>0.05). Milk yield decreased significantly (P<0.05) as supplied 11% double-low rape meal. The treatment of supplementing 3% double-low rape seed gain CP, OM apparent digestibility increase (P<0.05), this ratio is the best one.3. Milk yield was improved as supplied 3% double-low rape seed in rape meal's type diet, but it was decreased by supplying 7% to 11% (P>0.05). DMI increased constantly with the supplemented amount adding, and DM, EE, CP, NDF, ADF, OM apparent digestibility decreased in total tract. Nitrogen utility, energy utility decreased (P>0.05). So, supplying 3% double-low rapeseed was the fittest quantity in this type diet.
