| In this experiment, four varieties of Siraitia grosvenorii (Swingle)C. Jeffery, such as Qingpiguo, Yeshengguo, Dongguaguo and Haomaozi were used as materials. We have studied the bud induction, root induction and plantlet transplantation, and selected the conditions of Agro bacterium-mediated Transformation. GUS-transformed plants.were obtained successfully. The results of this study were included in the following:1. Yeshengguo was the highest coefficient of multiplication in four varieties of Siraitia grosvenorii, the highest multiplication times reached 4.62.2. When the concentration of 6-BA was 1.0mg/L, the coefficient of bud multiplication was the highest.3. When the concentration of IBA was 0.5mg/L, the coefficient of bud multiplication was the highest. |
