The Study On Physiology Yield And Quality Of Soybean By Selenium Treatment

Dry matter accumulation, Se content, accumulation of oil and protein in three soybean Cv (JiYu 47, Z962,Jn20) under different Se treatment during flower stage and seed-filling stage, were systematically studied. As a result, key physiological indices were as follow leaf area index (LAI),which had a maximum of 5. Leaf area duration (LAD) accumulated to more than30×10~5㎡·d/hm~2. Dry matter accumulation in soybean showed typical"S"curve. In different Se treatment, increasing yield and Se content, the activities of SOD, POD and PPO. In short, Se content in seed signant changed in Se treatment, the way was suitable for cultivation .
