We use CO2 laser to radiate on the soybean, and then observe the effects of seedlings development in the experiments. The results are:1 After the CO2 laser with different power density(6 mw/mm2,10 mw/mm2,14 mw/mm2,18 mw/mm2,20 mw/mm2) radiates on the soybean seeds, compared with control the treatment of18mw/mm2 is the best one among five treatments,and compared with control, the life period of soybean is decreased 5.33days and the content of fatty accid is increased 3.90% and the content of protein is increased15.72% . After the soybean was radiated with five different length of time(40s,55 s,70 s,85 s,100 s), the treatment of 70s is the best one among five treatments, and compared with control, the life period of soybean is decreased 4.67 days and the content of fatty accid is increased 3.69% and the content of protein is increased16.89% .2 After different power density CO2 radiated on the soybeans, all treatments show that soybean morphological indexes such as germination capability, seeds germination, plant high, plant diameter, 100 seeds weight, ( the kernel weight of 20 mw/mm2 was decreased 4.59% , compared with the control) were inereased. Compared with control the treatment of 18 mw/mm2 is the best one among five treatments. After different time of radiation on the soybeans, morphological indexes, such as germination capability, seeds germination, plant high (the kernel weight of 100 s was decreased 3.57%, compared with the control), plant diameter, 100 seeds weight.3 After different power density CO2 radiated on the soybeans, all treatments show that content 0f chlorophyll a, content of chlorophyll b, content of chlorophyll were inereased. Compared with control the treatment of 18 mw/mm2 is the best one among five treatments. After different time of radiation on the soybeans, content 0f chlorophyll a , content of chlorophyll b , content 0f chlorophyll were inereased and the 70 s is the best treatment .4 After different power density CO2 radiated on the soybeans, the photosynthetic rate (Pn) ascent and stomatal conductance descent of soybean have also promoted the water use efficieney (WUE) and 18 mw/mm2 is the best.And then we use the different time of radiation on the soybeans, and we also find that the photosynthetic rate (Pn) ascent and stomatal conductance descent of soybean have also promoted the water use efficieney (WUE) and 70 s is the best treatment.5 After different power density CO2 radiated on the soybeans, the results show that soluble protein content, fatty acids content were increased (except 6 mw/mm2 ) compared with control , and 18 mw/mm2 is the best. And then we use the different time of radiation on the soybeans, and the results also show that soluble protein content, the content of fatty acids were increased (except 100s ) , compared with control, and the treatment of 70 s is the best.6 After different power density CO2 radiated on the soybeans, the results show that soluble saeeharine content and life period were reduced and compared with control, 18 mw/mm2 is the best. And then we use the different time of radiation on the soybeans, and the results alsoshow that soluble saeeharine content and life period were reduced and the treatment of the best is 70 s.7 The results of PAGE of SRAP-PCR show that the tertment of 18 mw/mm2 and 70 s appear new bands.According to the paper, appropriate dose of CO2 laser can increase photosynthetic rate (Pn) and the growth of soybeans. The conclusions of this paper are the primary results,which have some application values in product.
