The egg line of JiLin White goose was carried on artificial insemination technique, the current commonly used semen diluters were sieved, and we carried out molecular marker by RAPD technique in this paper, the results are as follows:There are only 25 percent male geese to fit for artificial insemination, they were much sieved before carried out artificial insemination. Training time of male goose is about two weeks, semen of male goose: pH is 7.5 ±0.4, semen quantity is 0.65 ± 0.18ml, density is 7.10 ±0.52×10~9/ml, vigor is 0.62±0.08, abnormity rate is 5.64±1.42. Frequency of collecting sperm is one time every two days, semen deposition quantity is 0.1ml, fertility rate of hatching egg is reached the peak at about fourth day after semen deposition, and the peak is 91.7 percent. Semen is been used up within thirty minutes after collected semen. Fertility rate of artificial insemination is 13.6 percent higher than wild pairing, and the difference is most significant (p<0.01)C compounding is the best among the commonly used semen diluter. general survival time is 65.63 ± 7.21h, effective general survival time is 11.7± 1.23h, survival index is 9.85 ± 1 13h, fertility rate is 94.5 ± 1.8 percent.Seventeen primers sieved amplified genomic DNA of every individual, and getting 160 amplification bands, the variant bands are 145, the common bands are 15, the rate of polymorphism is 90.63 percent, every primer generates 9.41 fragment. It shows genetic diversity of reproductive trains is significant, and these primers sieved are fit to RAPD analysis.Through the analysis of phenotypic correlation between reproductive traits and reliable test of trait combination, seven RAPD markers associated with specific trait (B14-A-vigor, C02-I-abnormity rate and C18-D-density) were found to be reliable within the egg line of JiLin white goose, there are RAPD markers were identified to be associated to train correlation by significance test, B14-A-HL, C02-I-JX and C18-D-MD.B14-A can enhance semen vigor, minimum value(0.62) of bands group is higher than maximum value(0.60) of without bands group, it is used to do molecular marker of semen vigor; C02-I can cut down semen abnormity rate, maximum value(5.80) of bands group is lower than minimum value(6.11) of without bands group; it is used to do molecular marker of semenabnormity;C18-D can increase semen density, minimum value(7.84) of bands group is higher than maximum value(7.50) of without bands group, it is used to do molecular marker of semen density.
