As the world’s largest goose-raising country,China has a long history.Goose is a kind of poultry and will take a lot of crude fiber during the feeding process.This is mainly due to the unique digestion and absorption mechanism of dietary fiber by the goose.With the development of modern aquaculture,the vigorous development and utilization of roughage has attracted more and more researchers’ attention.As an important forage species supplied by animal husbandry,alfalfa has a huge planting area in my country,due to rich nutrition and high feed value,and has the reputation of "king of forage".This article takes Jilin white goose as the research object,alfalfa as the fiber source,and adopts methods such as animal feeding experiment,tissue section technology and slaughter experiment,To explore the effects of diets with different fiber levels on the growth and development and intestinal changes of Jilin White Goose,and to further explore the response law of crude fiber digestion and intestinal development.Divide 90 36-day-old Jilin white geese with similar body weight into 3 groups completely at random,30 in each group,5 replicates,each replicate 6 geese,There are three crude fiber levels of 4.00%,6.00%,and 8.00%,By observing animal feeding experiments,using slaughter comparison tests,blood biochemical index analysis,tissue section technology analysis and other methods,analyze the influence of different content of fiber on the intestinal development of goose.The results show :1.The dietary fiber level has a significant effect on the growth performance of Jilin White Goose.Increasing the fiber level in the diet can significantly increase the feed intake,slaughter rate,average daily gain and final weight of Jilin White Goose.In the same feeding time,the end weight of Jilin white geese raised in the 8% fiber level group was obviously higher than that in the 4% and 6% fiber level groups(p<0.05).The average daily gain of Jilin white geese raised in the 8% fiber level group was significantly higher than that of the 6% fiber level group(p<0.05),and the6% fiber level group was better than the 4% fiber level group,but the difference was not significant(p>0.05),there are significant differences in the feed-to-weight ratio of diets with different fiber levels.The feed-to-weight ratio of Jilin white geese raised in the 8% fiber level group was lower than that of the 6% fiber level group,and the difference was not significant(p>0.05),while the difference between the 8% fiber level group and the 4% fiber level group was significant.2.Dietary level has a significant effect on blood biochemical indexes of Jilin White Goose.Aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and alkaline phosphatase(ALP)in the 8% fiber level group were obviously higher than the 4% fiber level group and the6% fiber level group(p<0.05);The 6% fiber level group is 3.13% and 3.48% higher than the 4% fiber level group,the difference is not significant(p>0.05).In the 4%,6%,and 8% fiber level groups,the bursa index,spleen index and thymus index were not significantly different(p>0.05),but they all showed an upward trend with the increase of fiber level.3.The fiber level in the diet has a significant effect on the intestinal development of Jilin White Goose.Villus height in jejunum,duodenum,and ileum was clearly higher in the 8 % fiber group than in the 4% and 6% fiber groups(p<0.05).Crypt depth in duodenal result was conspicuously higher in the 8% fiber level group than that in the 6% fiber level group(p<0.05);and the 6% fiber level group was further higher than 4% fiber level group(p<0.05).Crypt depth of jejunum and ileum in8% fiber level group was clearly higher than that in 4% fiber level group and 6% fiber level group(p<0.05),The 6% fiber level group is numerically lower than the 4% fiber level group by 0.4% and 1.6%,and the difference was not evident(p>0.05).There was no distinct difference in muscular layer thickness between the groups(p>0.05),but the 8% fiber level group had an increasing trend compared with the 4% fiber level group and the 6% fiber level group.In summary,The diet with the 8% fiber level significantly affects the daily gain of Jilin White Goose,reduce the feed-to-weight ratio,and significantly increase the content of alkaline phosphatase and aspartate aminotransferase in the serum,as well as the villi of the duodenum,jejunum,and ileum.The ratio of height and hair height/crypt depth.
