| With the rapid development of the pig industry, China pig industry has entered a rapid rise in China, advanced management methods and production techniques has become a major factor which restricting the development of the pig industry. A report shows that sow provide about 16 weaned piglets annually in China, while the more developed pig industry countries provide around 25, compared with the pig industry more developed countries, so we found a big gap. Studies have shown that deep insemination has made significant effect in breeding crossbred sows, litter size can be increased by 1, but there is scarcely research on the breeding of purebred sows. Based on this, this study aims to explore the effect of 10 cm moderate deep insemination technology on sow reproductive performance of Duroc, Landrace and Large White, and to provide experimental basis for purebred breeding sow.The experiment select Duroc 60, Landrace 65 and Large White sows 93, were randomly divided into two groups: control group with conventional insemination techniques, experimental group using 10 cm moderate deep insemination technique, purpose of the experiment is to explore Influence of insemination efficiency, the conception rate, birth rate and litter size. Results obtained are as follows:1. The preliminary operating time of 10 cm deep insemination moderately manner was significantly longer than conventional insemination(P <0.05), but it can significantly reduce sperm enter time of Landrace and Large White sows(P <0.05), and there was no significant effect of Duroc(P> 0.05); If using 10 cm moderately deep insemination technology, it is more appropriate for being controlled about 6 minutes.2. Compared with the conventional insemination technique, 10 cm moderately deep insemination had no significant effect on conception rate and delivery rate of the Duroc, Landrace and Large White sows(P> 0.05).3. 10 cm deep insemination modest compared with the conventional insemination group, the total number born litter, litter number were born alive, litter are produced healthy size of Duroc and Large White sows was not significantly different(P> 0.05); And significantly increased the average litter size and litter average total number born alive of Landrace sows(P <0.05), respectively higher than the 1.3 and 1.5. For live litter rate and Kin rate did not affect(P> 0.05).In summary,10 cm deep insemination moderate technology and conventional insemination technique compared can significantly shorten the Landrace and Large White sows insemination time. using 10 cm deep moderately insemination technology, Insemination Duration controlled about 6 minutes is appropriate. 10 cm moderately deep insemination technology can increase Landrace sows litter size. So, 10 cm deep insemination moderate technology is recommended for Landrace breeding process. |
