This experiment studied the characteristic of physiology and biochemistry of the Kyoho,the Red globe ,Rizamat with exogenous CaCl2 ,SA spraying.The results are summarized below: 1. CaCl2 solutions of different concentrations could reduce the relative electrical conductivity.And the decreased degree of the relative electrical conductivity was decreasing with the increasing of CaCl2 concentration.The CaCl2 concentration with the best effect was 5.0mmol·L-1 . 2. CaCl2 solutions of different concentrations could increase soluble sugar content.CaCl2 solutions obviously increased cell membrane stability.The CaCl2 concentration with the best effect was 5.0mmol·L-1 .Therefore the resistance of grape to chilling injury is improved by CaCl2. 3. The proline content in Kyoho,red globe,Rizamat roots,stems had different changes .But the increased degree of the proline content was increasing with the increasing of CaCl2 concentration.It was also found that 5.0mmol·L-1 CaCl2 solution could obviously increase the proline content and raise cold-resistance of grape. 4. The MDA content was obviously decreasing with the increasing of CaCl2 concentration. The CaCl2 concentration with the best effect was 5.0mmol·L-1 .This shows that grape resisted cold stongly and take on adaptive ability. 5. The activities of superoxide dismutase,peroxidase of the treated group were higher than the comparative group's. 5.0mmol ·L-1 CaCl2 solution could obviously increase SOD and POD activities.The experiment indicated that Ca2+ would increase grape seeding chilling resistance. 6. SA solutions of different concentrations could reduce the relative electrical conductivity of Kyoho and Rizamat. And the SA concentration with the best effect was 5.0mmol·L-1 .But the 1.0mmol·L-1 SA solutions was the best effect concentration in the red globe. 7. Spraying on after grape plants with different concentration SA ,soluble sugar content in roots and stems increased significantly.And increased to maintain the penetration balance. The SA concentration with the best effect was 5.0mmol·L-1 . 8. SA solutions of different concentrations could increased the proline content of roots and stems. 5.0mmol·L-1 SA solution could obviously increase the proline content.Suggesting SA reduced chilling injury in seedlings of grape. 9. The MDA content in Kyoho,Rizamat roots,stems had different changes . And the SA concentration with the best effect was 5.0mmol·L-1 .But the 1.0mmol·L-1 SA solutions was the best effect concentration in roots and stems of the red globe. 10. SA solutions of different concentrations could increased the SOD and POD activities in roots and stems.
