In this study, the branches and seedlings of three fig fruit varieties('bojihong'?'masiyitaofen'?'bulanruike')were used as experiment materials,The contents of relative conductivity, soluble protein content, prolife content, soluble sugar content,POD activity and chlorophyll content were determined by setting different temperature and low temperature at different times as experimental conditions. At the same time, through the design of shoots germination experiment, observe the shoots in the low temperature stress, the germination of the situation. And then use the fuzzy membership function method to do the final total evaluation, and then get the relationship between the size of the cold resistance. The study draws the following conclusions:1.Through the comprehensive evaluation, and then the fuzzy membership method is used to evaluate the results. The top of cold resistance is 'Bulanruike',the last of cold resistance is 'Masiyitaofen',and 'Bojihong' places between them.2.According to the germination rate of fig branches to divide the percentage of fig branches under low temperature stress. The results show that after the low temperature stress,'bulanruike's shoots are relatively poorly affected, the second is the wave 'bojihong',and finally the 'masiyitaofen'.3.During the low temperature treatment, the relative conductivity of the three fig branches and seedlings were increased with the increase of the stress degree, and the content of free proline and soluble protein increased first and then decreased with the increase of treatment time. The content of soluble sugar in the branches of figs was continuously increased, while The content of soluble sugar the seedlings increased first and then decreased. The chlorophyll content of fig leaves decreased gradually. With the decrease of the temperature,POD activity in branches of 'bojihong'and 'masiyitaofen' show a trend, that increases and decreases alternately,POD activity in branches of 'bulanruike, show a trend, which decreases and increases alternately. In the seedlings,POD activity showing the first rise and fall after the trend.with the low temperature treatment time.4.The relative conductance, free proline content and POD activity of fig branches and seedlings were the best in the comprehensive evaluation of the cold resistance of the figs, and could be used as the cold index of the figs and seedlings.
