Study On Colored-Leaf Trees In Landscape Architechture In Jiang Nan Area

Leaves , stems and buds of colored-leaf trees are colorful , they are white, or yellow , or red, or orange etc., some colored-leaf trees are of two kind of colors, such as golden sprinkle in green leaves, or with golden edge, or different color in two faces of a leaf , some colored-leaf trees with leaves gradual changing amang yellow ,orange , red , purple. Compared with other trees, colored-leaf trees are more important in landscape architechture and are superiority in modern landscape architecture.With cities development, experts and all community circles attach importance to colored-leaf trees, the breeding and application of colored-leaf trees becomes hotspot in landcape architecture. In landscape architecture, seeking for color beauty only in design and construction resulted in some problems, such as feebleness of ecological fuction, much devotion to maintain, lacke of culture meaning, etc. To summarize application of colored-leaf trees and in landscape architecture in Jiangnan area, to analyze the existing problems, and to put forward solving measures will direct for the future in application of colored-leaf trees in Jiangnan area in the future.Studying on colored-leaf trees in Jiangnan area, based on entirely particularly field survey of species of colored-leaf trees, the ecological behaviour, the admiring properties , the culture meaning, the artistic conception ,collocating mode ect. , the paper summarized the adaptive species of colored-leaf trees and the culture meaning , and analysed collocating ways , then brought forward ways to developing culture meaning and to construct artistic conception which according with the epoch in landscape architecture in Jiangnan area. By ecological principles, habitat styles were divided, and flora modes which were composed of colored-leaf trees and other plants were constructed in Jiangnan area. Finally, the issues of colored-leaf tree application were pointed out in Jiangnan area, and solving measures were brought forward.
