The birds were given a basal corn-soybean meal diet with flavomycin and nosiheptide of different concentration for a period of six weeks, and the control were supplement with 0 mg/kg nosiheptide, trial birds were supplemented with 5 mg/kg flavomycin for test 1, 1.25 mg/kg nosiheptide for test 2, 2.5 mg/kg nosiheptide for test 3, 5 mg/kg nosiheptide for test 4. All birds were raised in coops of four-floored and feed and water were provided at liberty, and were provided light for 24 hours a day at the whole stage. The birds were weighed at twenty-one days and at the end of feeding experiment, and twelve birds of each group (four replicates of three broilers each) were selected based onsimilar live weigh and slaughtered to determine carcass characteristics and immunity organ index and the samples(including serum, whole blood and so on) required were collected and stored for analysis. The result of feeding trial indicated that adding 5 mg/kg flavomycin and 1.25 mg/kg and 2.5 mg/kg and 5 mg/kg nosiheptide improved daily gain by 2.04%(P<0.01), 4.01%(P<0.01), 6.05%(P<0.01) and 5.05%(P<0.01) respectively in contrast to control and decreased feed/gain by 7.73%(P<0.01), 7.22%(P<0.01), 10.82%(P<0.01) and 9.28%(P<0.01) respectively in contrast to control. The result of animal slaughter trial showed that adding flavomycin and nosiheptide improved PDB and PDL, but had no obvious difference (p>0.05). In contrast to control, adding 2.5 mg/kg nosiheptide increased DP and PDEC by 3.09% (P<0.05) and 4.04%(P<0.05) respectively and decreased PDAF by 16.10%(P<0.05). The other groups improved DP, PDEC, PDPED, PDB, PDL and PDAF(p>0.05).The analysis of serum parameters showed as follows: 1) The content of TP and ALB: Adding 2.5 mg/kg nosiheptide increased the content of TP and ALB in serum by 17.52%(P<0.01) and 12.56%(P<0.01), and the others had a tendency to increase them (P>0.05). 2) The content of UA and TG^: adding flavomycin and nosiheptide decreased content of UA and TG] in serum(P>0.05). 3) The content of TCh: adding 5 mg/kg flavomycin, 1.2552mg/kg, 2.5 mg/kg and 5 mg/kg nosiheptide decreased the content of TCh by 12.82(P<0.05), 14.91%(P<0.05), 10.00%(P<0.05) and 14.06%(P<0.05) respectively compared with control. 4) The content of GPT, GOT and ALP: adding 1.25 mg/kg, 2.5 mg/kg and 5 mg/kg nosiheptide decreased GPT by 28.86%(P<0.01), 33.89%(P<0.01) and 42.79(P<0.01), decreased GOT by 15.97%(P<0.01), 14.26%(P<0.01) and 10.84%(P<0.05), and decreased ALP had a tendency to decrease(P>0.05) compared with control. 5) The content of FAA: adding 1.25 mg/kg, 2.5 mg/kg and 5 mg/kg nosiheptide to Corn-soybean diets decreased FAA in serum by 4.7%(P<0.05), 7.2%(P<0.01) and 6.0%(P<0.01) in contrast to control. 6) The content of GLu, Ca and P: flavomycin and nosiheptide had a tendency of increasing the content of Glu(P>0.05), and no obvious effect on the content of Ca and P in serum(P>0.05).The analysis of intestinal flora showed as followed: 1) adding nosiheptide to Corn-soybean diets reduced significantly multiplication of staphylococcus aureus in caecum, ileum and jejunum of broilers(P<0.01). 2) adding nosiheptide reduced significantly the count of clostridium perfringans in caecum of broiler and had a tendency to reduce the count of clostridium perfringan in jejunum of broilers(P>0.05), Meanwhile, adding 2.5 mg/kg and 5 mg/kg nosihpetide reduced significantly the count of clostridium perfringan in ileum of broilers(P<0.01). 3) adding nosiheptide increasede the count of Lactobacillus in caecum, ileum and jejunum of broilers(P>0.05). 4) adding53nosihpetide had a tendency to reduce the count of ?coli and 5. pullorum in caecum, ileum and jejunum of broilers(P>0.05).Adding 1.25 mg/kg, 2.5 mg/kg and 5 mg/kg nosihpetide... | | Keywords/Search Tags: | nosiheptide, flavomycin, antibiotic, broilers, growth performance, immunity function, intestinal flora, intestinal morphology, lymphocyte | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
