After doing experiments for more times ,we have found new manufacturing process that improving temperature once, adding raw material twice, mixing 3 times. Through the new manufacturing process, it can not only take good use of the feed enzyme but also modify all the old craft equipments and manufacturing process. 2.The Complementarity of Standard to Assess Quality of Feed EnzymeIn order to assess the quality of feed enzyme objectively, we think the best standard is according to the transformation of reducing sugar, phosphorus and hemicellulos in addition to its pedigree and activity. 3.The Craft Parameters of Vitro PredigestWe put up with the best craft parameter that moisturecontent from12% to 14%,temperature from 45 to 55,time from 10min. to 20 min. 4.The Feed Digestibility Improving SignificantlyThe feed enzyme vitro predigest can improve the feed digestibility significantly. By comparison with ordinary method of using enzyme in weaned piglet,the apparent digestible energy improves 8.53%(P<0.01),phosphorus improves 43.46%(P<0.01).As to laying hen, the apparent digestible energy improves 6.20%(P<0.01),phosphorus improves 67.39%(P<0.01), the apparent digestible protein improves 12.45%(P<0.01). 5.Economic Benefits ImprovingAt the same time, the vitro predigest feed can significantly improve the economic benefits of animal husbandry .By comparison with ordinary method of using enzyme, The gross benefits improve 18.94% in pig farm and 11.13% in laying hen farm.
