Facility agriculture is the foundation of modern agriculture,and greenhouse cultivation is an important part of it,in which tomato is one of the main cultivated vegetables in greenhouse because of its broad market prospect and large demand.In the past,greenhouse growers had the ability to provide greenhouse vegetables with a strong competitive edge in the market.However,in recent years,the number of greenhouses has gradually increased,the import of foreign vegetables has become more and more intense,the market competition more and more fierce,with scientific methods to improve productivity and quality,increase the economic benefits of greenhouse cultivation is the only way to gain a firm foothold in the competition.In order to obtain greater economic benefit,the paper discusses in detail the economic benefits of greenhouse cultivation under different indoor temperature based on the energy flow model and crop yield model of greenhouse,the main research methods and results are as follows: Firstly,a simplified TOMGRO model describing the growth of tomato was established,and a Venlo type greenhouse energy flow model was established based on energy balance.Secondly,the parameters of the simplified TOMGRO model and the greenhouse energy flow model were identified and validated by PSO,SA and SPSO-SA algorithms,and the speed and precision of the identification were compared.The results show that the SPSO-SA algorithm converges faster and has higher identification accuracy.The simplified TOMGRO model after parameter identification and the greenhouse energy flow model are in good accord with the actual situation.Thirdly,a greenhouse stratified control system consisting of crop and greenhouse climate is introduced with the aim of maximizing economic benefits.Then the temperature setting value is calculated with the layered optimization model,and the influence of different temperature setting values on the economic benefit of the greenhouse is analyzed.Finally,the effect of the change of harvest date on the economic benefit is analyzed.The study shows that setting reasonable indoor temperature can reduce the investment of heating energy in greenhouse,increase crop income,and finally improve the economic benefit of greenhouse cultivation process.Changing the harvest date according to the crop price trend and adjusting the indoor temperature setting value can achieve greater economic benefits.This paper uses optimization algorithm to optimize the model,and calculates the indoor temperature setting value under different conditions with the maximization of economic benefit,which has guiding significance and practical value for greenhouse crop cultivation.
