| Aiming at the problems that the duckbill type seedling clip holds soil and pulls up seedling occasionally, the relationship among each essential parameters and the motional locus of the duckbill clip as well as the chief factors to affect the function of the transplanter are analyzed, and thus having clarified that to select proper characteristic parameters and to design an appropriate opening law of the duckbill clip are the key to insuring the transplanting quality of the 2ZT-2 model transplanter. In the course of study, a modern designing theory was introduced and a computer aided analysis to the transplanting process of the 2ZT-2 model of beet transplanter was conducted by means of ADAMS analytical software of mechanical system and having established a ADAMS model for the transplanting implement of the transplatner. By going through kinetics analysis, the affecting law of the variation of each factors to the transplanting state of seedling raised in the paper tube is acquired and the appropriate characteristic values and duckbill clip opening movement law are found. Based on the achievement, a new concept has been innovated in the design of relevant parts of the transplanter. The result of this study may provide a theoretical basis for the design and application of same type of transplanter. |
