Agricultural production is closely related to China’s development,but at present,China’s agricultural production activities are still dominated by manual labor,the degree of mechanization is relatively low.This mode of production not only has high requirements for the age and physical condition of agricultural growers,but also the production efficiency is not optimistic.The design and development of transplanter suitable for domestic planting environment is the key to improve the level of agricultural mechanization.This paper proposes an adjustable five-bar transplanting mechanism through parametric modeling.The research contents are as follows:1)After deducing the mathematical model of the five-bar mechanism,parametric modeling of the five-bar mechanism was obtained by using Adams,and 8 parameters of each rod length,frame mounting Angle and initial phase Angle of double crank of the five-bar mechanism were adjustable,and 4 parameters of the planting rod were adjustable.Through simulation,the mechanism parameters of five-bar mechanism were determined according to the existing conditions of"zero-speed seedling casting"and five-bar double crank mechanism,and the rod lengths of five-bar mechanism were obtained as l1=305 mm,l2=100 mm,l3=175 mm,l4=216 mm and l5=50 mm.2)To further make the five-pole transplanting mechanism meet different agronomic requirements.In the double crank speed of 24 r/min,transplanting machine movement speed 0.2 m/s,according to the percentage change the rod length,get as a single variable length,different lever long transplanting mouth endpoint five-bar trajectory,and in determining the track evaluation index by MATLAB software to deal with after trajectory data length and evaluation index of two-dimensional figure,The influence degree of the length of each five-rod on the movement track was analyzed,and the adjusting rod of five-rod transplanting mechanism was determined.3)The hole punch in the seeding device requires a certain structural strength to be maintained in a relatively humid working environment.Therefore,304 austenitic stainless steel is selected as the material of the hole punch.According to the soil condition,the maximum stress of17.44mpa and the maximum strain of 3.35×10-5 occurred on both sides of the connection between the duck beak transplanting plate and the upper part of the rigid body based on the statics simulation of the practical work of the hole punch based on ABAQUS,which was far lower than the yield stress and yield strain of the material,meeting the strength design requirements.4)According to the movement period and working requirements of the five-bar mechanism,the semi-automatic seedling feeding system and the hole punch auxiliary opening and closing mechanism are improved and3d solid modeling is carried out with the help of 3D modeling software Creo 7.0.The intermittent mechanism of the semi-automatic seedling feeding system and the CAM mechanism assisted by the hole opener were designed and modeled according to the motion cycle characteristics of the five-bar mechanism.According to the working condition of transplanting machine,the main drive system and 3d model of the whole machine are designed by parameterization.On the basis of checking the relevant mechanism of sending and taking seedling mechanism,the whole machine was assembled by 3d model... |
