| The technology of parametric graphic modeling has been one of the research focuses in CAD field study. Unit plow equipped with several blades is a tillage implement of dry land tillage machine with power, when it tilling ,we should adjust the tilling width to avoid second ploughing and miss ploughing. now the design method of dry land tillage machine with power is a traditional methodology. This will take a large amount of time and energy on plot. Design efficiency is very low, Very difficult to realize Assemble the method in advance and Assemble interfere examining. This thesis puts forward the parameter of ploughing the wide regulator and designs systematic research and development on the basis of this problem. This system includes two major parts mainly: parameterization design system of tilling width adjuster and computer-aided engineering (1)Parameterization design system module is the important component of the whole software system, mainly including parameterization design system of the part and installation diagram for producing drawing automatically. A set of variables can be used to depict the size relationship of part because the structure of ploughing width regulator is rather fixed. According to the configuration, size and geometry of design object, the coordinates of eigenvalues and mathematical expressions of basic parametes are built. So when the basic parameters are changed, relevant figures are changed, and the plan results are drived without the changing of structure. In another words, picture coordinates are variable and they are replaced by some parameters. Design can be confirmed through picking up the main parameters in order to change the relative position. This text has carried on researching in hanging plowing and spare part based of developing technology target -oriented visually. AuotCAD 2000 has been regarded as CAD platform, VBA and Visual Basic language have been regarded as the developing instrument. The systems software has been designed for developing the parameter design of ploughing wide regulator of the series. Users only need to input the key parameter value of designing ploughing. This method makes the design time short, improves the design efficiency greatly,lightens the designer's labour intensity from real meaning. (2)Computer-aided engineering study on plough wide regulator. By parameter module design, the plough wide regulator spare part in body of plowing of working, because of obstruction of cultivated land ,plough wide regulator receive heavy traction force of tractor, the hang point of plough wide regulator join with tractor is very important, so it is need to go on project analyse to structure. Data transmission module transmit size parameter of model analysed to CAE analyse module,system utilize APDL language finish limited unit entity modeling,net of model divide,exert load,limited Entrance calculating and post solution again, to realize the automation of analysing of project.
