As a sort of wide-use facility in agricultural production, it is very tough work to design the plough. There are some corporations have designed for the plough by the computer with the general CAD software. By the general CAD software, it can't satisfy the precision. Moreover, it takes a long cycle to design and makes over too much. Consequently, it is more important to make design simple and convenient. With the help of Pro.Wu Chengwu, the lab did lots of research and devised the software system of the parameterized design of plough, in which system it only need to enter some parameter to achieve the plow-pole design, no matter when designing for the parts, the modules, the integer assemble drawings and parts'virtual analysis. This system can save the time and expense. This article is one of the vital part of the system: the parameterized and optimize design of plow-pole. It deeply dissertates the whole process of the exploitation of plow-pole parameterized design software. The article consists of two parts, the aptitude design of the plow-pole and the optimize design of the plow-pole, and five chapters. Chapter 1 Introduction In this chapter, it introduces the status of agricultural machine design and more about the CAD and its application in agricultural production; it regards the issue in AutoCAD secondary development; it points out the localization of CAD software in the professional design; it illustrates the necessity of parameterized design and optimize design while designing plough; it points out the content of this researchful article. Chapter 2 Construct and mechanical analysis of the plow-pole First of all, it introduces the station and necessity of the plow-pole in the plough system (the plow-pole is the important connect piece and transfer-power piece). Then, it dissertates the selection of the plow-pole's parameter, which contain parameter attached collectivity, the main parameter of plow-pole and some aided ones. Through those selection, it makes the whole parameterized design to the plow-pole in existence. It also analyzes the mechanical status of plow and its magnitude in the working process. Moreover, it offers three measures: measure of the six component of forces, measure of the three planes and measure of force helix. Furthermore, it discusses its range in practical application. All above make a tough academic foundation for the parameterized software development and optimize design. Chapter 3 The parameterized software development of the plow-pole In this chapter, it can be known that how to choose the parameterized design tools, the main thought of parameterized software development. See AutoCAD2000 as development flat, make drawings parameterized by VBA, turn into drawing of two dimensions or three and fix the plow-pole and plough together, expand a friendly software interface by software VB. Plus the knowledge of experts, national parameterized standard and related data, make aptitude of plow-pole design come true. Chapter 4 Computer aided analysis in plow-pole design After analyzing the characteristic of loaded plow-pole and predigesting the model: the straight plow-pole (1L435), vertical and turnover plow-pole (1LFC435), do some finite element analysis to those above by language APDL (ANSYS Parametric Design Language) of software ANSYS. Comparing analysis data to structure, it gives the design deeper advice. Chapter 5 Main result and new creativities 1.Basing on researching parameter of plow-pole, it expands the parameterized design software Which satisfy the national standard for first time. It reduces the assignment and improves the efficiency. 2. It makes more research to plow-pole by CAE.
