Fifteen blood protein Loci from eigth rabbit breeds were analyzed using vertic al polyyacrlamid gel electrophoresis in 8 rabbit breeds.These 15 proteins are Erytho -cyte Haemoglbin(Hb), Albumin(Alb), Transferrinl(Tf1), Transferrin2(Tf2), pretransf errinl(Prt1), Pretransferrin2(Prt2), posttransferrin(Ptf), slow- a -glycoprotein(Sag), po stalbumin(Po), Prealbumin(Pr), Carbonic anhydrase(CA), Prealbumin Serum Esterase -1(Est-1), Prealbumin Serum Esterase-3(Est-3), Serum alkaline phosphatase(AKP) an d Erythocyte Esterase(Es).The 8 rabbit breeds include German white rabbit, Japan w hite rabbit, Belgium rabbit, New Zealand rabbit in beinong and shouda, and white Rex rabbit In beinong .shouda and zuojia. The results showed that the following lo -ci are monomorphic Alb and Hb of all rabbbit ; Tf2 of white Rex rabbit; Pr of New Zealand rabbit; Po of German white rabbit and Japan white rabbit. The rest L -oci are polymorohic. Sag Loci in Rex rabbit and Belgium rabbit, Est-1 of Germanwhite rabbit and New Zealand rabbit were controlled by three codominant alleles.The otheres loci were controlled by tow codominant alleles. Studies of blood prote -in polymorohic in Pr, Sag and Ptf don ' t found in previous report.The results also showed that all breeds for different loci of phenotypes lie in Hardly-Weinberg equilibrium state, except Pit 1, Ptf, AKP, Sag of beinong New Zealand rabbit;CA, Est-3, Prtl, Prt2, Est-1 of shouda New Zealand rabbit, Tfl, Prtl, Pr, Po, Ptf, Sag, Est-1 , AKP, Prt2 of beinong Rex rabbit; Prt2, Po, Ptf, Sag, AKP of shouda Rex rabbit; Tf1 and Sag of zuojia Rex rabbit;Po, Ptf, Sag, AKP, Prt2, Est-1 of Belgium rabbit; Tfl, Prt1, Pr, Sag, Est-1, AKP, CA of German white rabbit; Prt2, Ptf, Sag, Est-3, Pr of Japan white rabbit.The average heterozygosity of polymorphism Loci for the eigther rabbit population was 0.457 , 0.4289, 0.4717, 0.4334, 0.4850, 0.4566, 0.4776and 0.5615respectively.The cluster analysis showed that the genetic distance (0.0425) between beinong and shouda Rex white rabbit is the nearest, the next is shouda and zuojia Rex white rabbits(0.0436); and the genetic distance (0.0536) between two New Zealand rabbits is also closer;To different rabbit breeds, the genetic distance between Belgium rabbit and twoNew Zealand rabbits is the closest,(D1=0.0544,D2=0.0608).; Apart from the genetic distance(0.0567) is closer between german rabbit and Belgium rabbit(0.0567),others are further. To Japan white rabbit, the genetic similarity between two breeds is lower. This reuslt Is true.This indicated that it could be available for different rabbits distinguished by the methods of protein polymorphism and discussed correlation between different breeds.General linear model was developed for the selection of biochemical genetic marker and by x fitness test, it was predicted that there is significant difference(P<0.05) for Est-1 of Rex rabbit, Po and Tf2 of Neawland Rabbit and reproduction count; for Prt2 of Rex rabbit , AKP Loci of Neawland Rabbit and the reproduction survival rate .The effect value analysis showed that there was significant difference(P<0.05) between AKP Locus (AA type ang AB type) in of Neawland rabbits and reproduction survival rate. These results indicated that there was genetic correlation for some genetypes at Loci of protein polymorphism and the properties of reproduction survival rate. The result don ' t report in home and board.Therefore, we can use the AA type ang AB type of AKP Locus as a feature marker for Neawland rabbits. |
