The special and immovable anaesthesia of combinative agent for pigs was determined by selecting present narcotics, sedatives ,analgesics and other supporting drugs based on the latest medical anaestetic theories and the physicochemical characteristics .mechanisms of action pharmacological actions of anaesthetics .according to the physiological characteristics of pigs after a series of scientific experiments .Pharmacological dynamical action and practical application of the most optimal combination were investigated in this study.Ketamine,Midazolam,Xylazoline,Qiangtongning were selected to be the agents used in this experiment and the preliminary composite ratio was also investigated according to the results of pre-experiment .The special and immovable anaesthesia of combinative agent for pigs was determined through the four factors -three level orthogonal tests and decisive orthogonal tests with mice .Finally, the special and immovable .anesthesia of combinative agent for pigs and the most apporiate ratio were determined by anaesthetic effects in pigs and security coefficient tests with mice.A dose of 0.1?.12ml/kg body weight of the special and immovable anaesthesia of combinative agent for pigs was administered intra muscularly into clinically healthy pigs .The effects of the special and immovable anesthesia of combinative agent for pigs on respiratory, circulatory, encephalic functions were investigated simultaneously undergoing operation experiments and monitored with a non-invasive way by multi-functional physiologic grapher SJ-42 .Datex respiratory monitor and circulatory monitor the results showed that the special and immovable anaesthesia of combinative agent for pigs produced balanced effects in sedative, analgesic, muscle relaxing and a slight influence on the physiological indexes of the pigs .Blood oxygen saturation was maintained in the usual level .which indicates blood oxygen is plenty during the surgical anaesthetic period .Acute toxicity tests were carried out by sequential method .the results showed that EDso.LDso of the special and immovable anaesthesia of combinative agents for pigs (small white mice ip.)were 12.10 mg/kg ,63.54 mg/kg bodyweight and AI were5.25mg/kg respectively .The results show that the AI is far more high than the usual demandPostgraduate :ZhongCheng PanMajor: veterinary medicineSupervisor : prof .HongBin Wang...
