Exchanges between living beings (including animals and plants) and natural surroundings in matter, energy and information have resulted in their biological systems and living abilities to adapt themselves to nature over millions upon millions of years. Many problems in science and technology have been satisfactorily settled in living beings. Developments of modern testing techniques and analyzing instruments have made surprising progress in understanding constitutions and functions of living beings and the biological phenomena as well, which creates new important contents and provides new scientific theorems and technical methods for researching and developing in other branches of science.Systemic research on bionic method to threshing soil indicates that soil threshing property of the living beings in soil has a close relation with geometric non-smooth, structure and bionic electricity of their skin and so on.Experimental research on the adhesion decreasing and resistance reducing of bionic geometric non-smooth soil touched components indicates that their shape, structure and dimension, parameter combination and distribute have different effect on soil adhesion decreasing and resistance reducing. But there are no report of the design and research on bionic adhesion decreasing efficiency of the standard disk plow that has a great difference to other soil touched component on working manner and force support status currently. In this paper, standard disk plow was selected to be research object. With disk plow referred as bionic components and the theory of soil touched component adhesion decreasing and resistance reducing applied, we modified its shape and promoted its property. Firstly, some bionic non-smooth structures were combined dissimilarly to design disk plow. Secondly, two groups of disk plows for experiments were manufacturing. Finally, orthogonal experiments andsecondary regression experiments were respectively designed on the plows and tillage experiment was carried out in an indoor groove under certain research condition. With experimental optimum technology, the effect of the distribution of the geometric non-smooth partial sphere structure cell, partial sphere height and its radium on the tillage resistance was analyzed. And the primary and secondary relation of the factors and the optimum level of every factor were obtained as well as the best scheme of structure design in the research condition. Regression equal between traction resistance and partial sphere height, bottom circle radium was set up to explore the effect of two evident factors(height and bottom circle radium of the partial sphere) on traction resistance by optimum calculation. The result of Orthogonal experiment and secondary regression experiment on the bionic disk plows indicates that the bionic non-smooth partial sphere structure cell can decrease resistance by almost 30% than common plow in the condition that the structure and distribution combine rationally. Therefore, the bionic design and experiment research on disk plows is very significant.
