| The 1LD-dynamics simulation model and finite element analysis model of 11d-440 deep plow were established in this paper with the dynamic simulation analysis software ADAMS and the finite element software ANSYS, and testing analysis to virtual models was done by comparing the simulation results and the physical experiment results. And the test results show that the precision of this virtual prototype was high enough. The loads of the plow frame structure when the deep plow was working normal and colliding obstacles were analyzed with dynamics simulation model. At the same time, nonlinear analysis of the plow frame structure was done through the finite element analysis model, which drawn plow frame deformation and stress distribution. The mechanism damage of the plow-beam was analyzed, and the causes that the plow-beam was destroyed were found, the correlative structure sizes of the plow-beam were optimized.As a result, the studies indicate that the plow frame may not meet the static strength requirements because the stress of the location that main beam was combined with the supporting beam was larger than the stress of the material yield limit when the speed of the plow was greater than 2.33 m/s or the plow-body collides with the barrier. Meanwhile, the optimization results of the structure parameters of original plow frame showed that the structure sizes of the plow frame were optimized could satisfy the request of the intension when the plow beam cross-section still prefers the hollow rectangular cross-section, and the parameters a, b, t of length, width and thickness of the section are respectively 181mm, 204mm, and 15mm. But this structure of plow frame would be too heavy and the cost was high. Therefore, the structure of the plow frame was improved in this article on consideration of the load conditions of the plow. And the structure was analyzed with the finite element analysis software. The result indicated that the structure had been more reasonable than the original structure. In addition, the effects that the plow damage was caused by the welded joint were also analyzed and some simple welding proposes were put forward in the paper. |
