Banana stalk is rich in nature plant fiber, currently, the mechanical extraction of banana stalk fiber still remains phenomenon of twined fibers and blocked fibers, as well as slipping due to the mixture of impurity and moisure,which lead to the results of lower working efficiency, lower extraction rate, and higher rates of power consumption and impurity adhesion and so cm. To solve the problem above, this project through the study of the microstructurel and physical properties of banana stalk fibers, which clearing the interaction relationship between stress and strain of banana stalk fibers, and then analyse banana fiber's fracture way; Based on the adhesion reducing property of bionic non-smooth surface, this paper taking microscopic structure of convex hull of dung beetle as bionic design object, and designing the bionic surface structure of rolling device and fiber outputing device by modularity theory, then researching the influence factors of adhesion and friction on bionic non-smooth surface by mechanics analysis; Based on Design-Expert software to design orthogonal experiment, establishing the regression equation that setting the adhesive rate of impurities as experimental index, which the results can be analysed the relationship between influence factors and experimental index;Introducing response surface optimization method to study the best parameter combination about influence factors and verifying this results by actual test; At last, studying the contrast experiment between bionic fiber-extracting machine for banana stalks and the non-bionic ones, by which clearing the main performance of bionic fiber-extracting machine for banana stalks. The successful implementation of the project will lay a solid theoretical for high-reliability banana stalk fiber extraction machine, which has an important practical significance for promoting the sustainable development of agriculture in tropical agricultural areas...
