Rape as China's major oil crops,rape growth in the protection of China's edible vegetable oil safety has a pivotal position.Under the background of insufficient self-sufficiency rate of oil in China,it is the focus and trend of the current research on the new cultivation mode and supporting machinery and equipment of new rape under the condition of stabilizing and widening the existing planting area.In order to solve the problem of the high grain stubble and soil stickiness in the south of China,the traditional rapeseed ditching parts are easy to be knitted,and the quality of the ditch is not high,Combined with rape ridge for high yield cultivation of agronomic requirements,We designed and produced a rotary plow ridging combined rape ditching device,which can fulfill the narrow ridge requirements.Through the establishment of the three-wedge model,the concrete structural parameters of the bolster-type furrow ridge are obtained,Based on the analysis of the kinematics,dynamics and the process of individual soil particles,It is clear that the working speed and dynamic equipment of the furrow combined furrow ridge device.the furrow combined furrow ridge was designed and manufactured and the indoor soil test was carried out.Conclusion as below:(1)Design the parameter of plough pose furrow ridging,and structural parameters of the rotary tillage device of the plow combined trench ridge device,Plough postures of furrow ridging height is 450 mm,the soil angle and the extension angle of 30 °,the wing angle of 45 °,wing length of 60 cm,The length of rotary shaft diameter is 2400 mm,rotary tillage blade rotation radius of 280 mm,plow combined trench ridge device limit working speed 0.46 m / s,power with no less than 56.5kw.(2)Taking rotary plow ridging combined rape ditching device for soil moisture content,trenching depth,wing angle of single factor experiment,the results showed that:From the single factor test,when the soil moisture content is 22.5%,the stability of the upper channel is satisfied,the ridge stability and the soil recovery rate reach the optimal value.The depth of the ditch is between 22.5cm and 25.0cm,which makes the stability of the upper channel andthe highest stability of the ridge.When the wing angle is 40.0 °,the stability of the upper gutter can be satisfied at the same time,the ridge height stability and the optimal value of soil return are obtained.(3)Select the soil moisture content?The depth of the ditchand the wing angle to make the multi-factor regression orthogonal experiment,By analyzing the variance of the model and the quadratic regression model,the quadratic multiple regression equation of the three independent variables was obtained.The influence of the variable factors on the stability of the upper gully and the influence of the ridge height stability The order of soil moisture content,trenching depth and wing angle are as follows: depth of ditching,soil moisture content and wing angle.(4)Applying the response surface method to determine the optimum parameters of the rapeseed furrow ridge is: the water content is 23.35%,the ditch depth is 24.20 cm,the wing angle is 41.14 °,at this time,the stability of ridge width,ridge height stability and backfill rate were 99.26%,99.11% and 6.43% respectively.And the soil trench verification test was carried out,the stability of the ridge width,the ridge height stability and the resettlement rate were 98.98%,98.93% and 6.55% respectively.The test results are in good agreement with the software analysis.The study provided technical support for high yield cultivation of rape ridge.
