The experiment studies the collection, transportation and storage feature of Apple-pear pollen for the purpose of productive application.(1) The best collection time of Apple-pear is in the big bug period; the living power of the pollen collected by mechanism threshing is high while the losing rate is low; pollen dried in the room should has the highest living power ,and the higher the temperature is, the lower the living power is; the thinner the desiccation the thickness is, the higher the living power is; the living power of the pollen aired three days after the fresh anther is stored has no distinct decrease.(2) The living power of the pollen transported in refrigerator can is obviously higher than that of the pollen transorted regularly.(3) The living power of the pollen decreases gradually in the pollination day, but the decrease range is not big.(4) Temperature and humidity are the main factors that influence the living power. The living of pollen stored in room decreases obviously while pollen stored in the condition of room decreases has so dormancy phenomenon in a short period. Pollen aired in cold storage room(0~4℃) and stored hermetically for a year has higher living power and can meet the need of next year pollination while pollen stored in freeze for 2 year still has high living power and that stored for a year has strong pollination capacity.
