sources.A large number of straws have been burned in the open air or discarded at will,which is not only The great waste of resources and the serious impact on the climate have caused many environmental problems.Biomass fuels The fourth largest energy source after coal,oil and natural gas,as a kind of biomass fuel for energy utilization,can effectively solve the problem of excess straw,alleviate energy shortages and other issues,and achieve sustainable green development of agriculture.However,the distribution of straw resources is relatively scattered,and the utilization of straw is relatively concentrated;the straw yield is seasonal,while the straw utilization is continuous.Therefore,the imperfection of the current straw storage and transportation system has become the most important factor restricting the comprehensive utilization of straw.How to properly establish the straw storage and transportation system is a problem that needs to be solved at present.Jiangsu Province is not only a major economic province in the eastern coastal areas of China,but also a major agricultural production province.Nanjing is a region with a relatively high degree of industrialization and a relatively diverse use of straw resources in Jiangsu Province.In recent years,it has been actively promoted in relevant departments of the state and government.Under the circumstance,although the straw burning and comprehensive utilization have made certain progress,there is still a large area of straw arbitrarily discarded and partially incinerated.The comprehensive utilization pattern of straw has not yet formed.Therefore,it is particularly necessary to explore the optimal storage and transportation mode of straw in Nanjing based on cost analysis and energy value evaluation for the construction of regional straw storage and transportation system.Based on the existing statistical yearbook data and field research data,this paper conducts cost analysis and energy value evaluation on the storage and transportation mode of rice straw in Nanjing.Through the methods of consulting literature,questionnaires and interviews,the relevant data of straw storage and storage process were obtained,and several main rice straw storage and storage modes in Nanjing were summarized.On the basis of understanding the current situation of straw resources in Nanjing,the model of straw storage,storage and transportation cost was constructed,and the cost analysis of different rice and wheat straw storage and storage modes was carried out.The energy value evaluation index was introduced to compare and analyze the current collection and storage of rice and wheat straw in Nanjing.Sustainable development potential between the transportation model.Through the cost analysis and energy value evaluation of the different storage and transportation modes of rice and wheat straw in Nanjing,we help to quantify the benefits of straw storage and storage mode.Finally,the two factors of comprehensive cost and development potential analyze different rice and wheat storage and transportation modes and put forward policy opinions,which provides a theoretical basis for the construction of a stable and efficient regional rice straw storage and storage system.Through the investigation of the storage and storage mode of rice and wheat straw in Nanjing,the comprehensive cost and energy value analysis and analysis results,the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)There are four commonly used rice straw storage and storage modes in Nanjing,namely:scattered stalk artificial collection mode,scattered stalk mechanical collection mode,packaged manual collection mode,packaged mechanical collection mode.(2)In the case of mechanical collection or manual collection,the storage and transportation of straw in the form of straw package is lower than the cost in the form of loose straw;in the case of the same straw form,the mechanical collection mode cost is lower than manual collection.mode.The cost inputs of the four rice-wheat straw storage and storage modes are low-to-high:packaged mechanical collection mode,packaged manual collection mode,scattered stalk mechanical collection mode,and scattered stalk artificial collection mode.(3)The sustainability of the mechanical collection mode is greater than the manual collection mode,and the packaging collection mode is more sustainable than the scattered stalk collection mode.The energy value evaluation results of rice straw storage and storage mode in Nanjing are as follows:packaged mechanical collection mode,scattered stalk mechanical collection mode,packaged manual collection mode,and scattered stalk artificial collection mode.(4)Comprehensive analysis of the four rice and wheat straw storage and storage modes in Nanjing shows that the packaged mechanical collection model is the most suitable rice straw storage and storage model in Nanjing. |
