China is a big grain producing country,and a large amount of crop straw resources will be produced while harvesting grain.As a by-product of agricultural production process,crop straw has a very large reuse value.The utilization of straw has always been an important topic of resource utilization in China.At present,straw disposal methods in China mainly include in-situ incineration,straw returning,straw feed,and straw fuel.,straw manure,straw substrate,power generation,paper making,processing building materials,etc.Among them,straw burung will not only cause great waste of resources,but also cause air pollution.In recent years,under the supervision of the government departments,most of the areas have no longer adopted such disposal methods,but there are still a small number of areas that have been repeatedly prohibited.Vigorously developing and utilizing straw biomass energy can not only open up new energy channels for China,ease the contradiction between energy supply and demand,but also help solve the "three rural" problems and ensure the sustainable development of the social economy.China's agricultural production is mainly based on household contracting,planting scattered,small-scale planting.At the same time,due to the low density,large volume and strong seasonality of straw,the collection,storage and transportation of straw have become the main bottleneck restricting the large-scale industrial utilization of straw.Therefore,the establishment of a reasonable and efficient straw storage and transportation system has become the top priority of the development of straw biomass energy industry.In view of the above background,this paper uses the simulation optimization method to carry out the following research on the wheat straw storage and transportation system:(1)Through reviewing relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper reviews the research on straw storage and storage mode,straw storage and transportation cost,and system simulation optimization,and summarizes its research status.Then it introduces and summarizes the wheat straw storage and transportation system,system simulation,system simulation method,software and optimization method.(2)The collection process,transportation process and storage process of wheat straw storage and transportation system were analyzed respectively,and the mathematical model of straw staying time in each process was established.Based on the analysis results of the three processes,the wheat straw storage,storage and transportation system was described as a whole.Two complete straw storage and storage system models were constructed,and the mathematical model of the residence time of wheat straw in the storage and transportation system was established.(3)Using the Arena system simulation software to establish four simulation models of wheat straw storage and storage system,and obtain the simulation results by running the simulation model.Comparing and analyzing the simulation output results,considering the two factors of system operation efficiency and cost,the optimization scheme was designed and verified.
