Relationship Between Environmental Factors And Pharmaceutical Quality

Hedyotis diffusa(Willd.) Roxb. is originated from one type of Hedyotis diffusa Willd. of the dry grass.The whole herb is being used in clinic,which can rib the body of heat and toxic material,eliminate damp and relieve edema,activate blood circulation and calm pain,in Henan,Hunan,Jiangsu,Anhui and other provinces have a certain scale of planting,but because of long term in cultivation in the practice of provenance hybrid,planting is not standardized,pesticide residues and heavy metals exceed the standard,continuous cropping obstacle of serious problem has not been systematically studied and solved,most growing areas are required each year to replace planting medicinal herbs,or reduce the output.In our preliminary study and practice on the basis of Hedyotis diffusa,based on site conditions,continuous cropping obstacle factors and systematic analysis and evaluation,the obstacles of continuous cropping obstacles of continuous cropping soil conditions and plant morphology,growth and development,yield,quality of medicinal materials for a respect undertakes contrasting study,elucidation of Hedyotis diffusa in continuous cropping of the adaptation and possible medicinal quality change trend,looking for the continuous cropping obstacle of main factor,for the study other medicinnal plants on continuous cropping of adapability and its quality changes provide the oretical basis.This thesis is divided into five parts. The main contents are as follows:1.An overview of recent Chinese herbal medicine of continuous cropping obstacle of main research preaent situation,introduced the concept of continuous cropping obstacles,hazards,causes and digestion technique.2.Through laboratory germination experiment to find Hedyotis diffusa Wills seed germination optimum condition;through the study of the extract of the seed germination percentage,find its inhibition site;through the pot experiment was conducted to study the growth characteristics of Hedyotis diffusa,and to study the decomposition of plant growth and quality,explore plant decomposition and the correlation of continuous cropping obstacles.3.On the different continuous cropping years of Hedyotis diffusa Willd soil PH,total nitrogen,available phosphorous,available potassium,organic and inorganic elements were analyzed and compared,and each element in the continuous cropping soil found there is no significant difference,but the soil PH value shows apparent downtrend,i.e. the soil acidification trend.4.By infrared spectroscopy and UV spectrophotometer determination of different continuous cropping years diffusa inherent quality,study found that continuous cropping of Hedyotis diffusa Willd of total flavonoids and total three terpene content declined.5.Through the GC-MS analysis in soil,soil and two soil crop stubble root exudates continuous cropping soil composition,found after acid increases greatly.
