| With the gradual progress of the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine, it is increasingly important to solve the problem of continuous cropping obstacles of medicinal plants.Basing on our preliminary study of allelochemicals factors in continuous cropping obstacle of Hedyotis diffusa, influencing in soil microbial analysis is systematized in this paper. The contents of inorganic elements and nutrient element were detected in conventional methods to analysis the impact of soil elements. Soil microbial population in different continuous cropping measured is detected by dilution plate culture method to analysis the impact of soil microbial. To prepare for the next study, we extracted and separated the cultivable soil microbial strains, preliminary identified and retain them. The effects of different microbial strains to the growth of Hedyotis diffusa tissue culture were explored. The result shows that:(1) Hedyotis diffusa continuous cropping obstacles and soil element content are no significant correlation. (2) Hedyotis diffusa cropping obstacle and soil microbial population are correlation and it shows significant rhizosphere effect. (3) There are 38 bacterias, 35 fungis and 35 actinomycetes which were extracted from soil isolated. (4) Preliminary screened out 13 bacterials which influence on growing of tissue culture seedlings of Hedyotis diffusa, and then examined the 35 fungal strain on growth and development of tissue culture seedlings. |
