The stability of water supply is the key to the sustainability of the World CulturalLandscape Heritage of Honghe Hani Terraces. This paper choose river-ditch and rigdecorridor system in QuanFu Zhuang basin as object of study, obtain the spatialdistribution and basic data of rivers-ditches–ridges based on QuickBird image andfield survey. We select slope and the distances from rivers and ditches as the tworesistant factors, analyze the connectivity of river-ditches for the stability of terracewater supply based on the least-cost distance model in ARCGIS, and analyze theinfluence of the ridge and terrace structure characteristics for humidity based oncorrelation analysis in SPSS. And draw the research as follws:(1) Rivers, ditches, and rigdes are the main landscape corridor in the study area,River runs through the upper forest, the central village and the lower terraces, ditchesare mainly distribute the terrace area, ridge distributed terraced in the basin terraces.(2) Taking the rigde humidity as an evaluation standard for field bunds fixationof adaptation,we evaluated the function of the rigde and analyzed the main factorsaffecting of ridge humidity based on the ridge and terrace structure characteristicsinvestigation database. The study results showed that:1) the hani residentsmaintenance ridge three times every year, mainly includes the shovel, trimming;2)ridge has the function of water and soil conservation, and can provide special habitatfor some species or habitat features;3) depth, thickness of soil magnetism andvegetation coverage are the main factor affecting the ridge humidity.(3) Ananlyzed the characteristics of corridor system for the space of network bythe QuanFu ZhuangHe small basin. The result indicate that:1) The average width anddepth of the river is0.6m and0.87m respectively, ditches are0.5m,0.35m. the meanof the curvature ratio of rivers and ditches were1.27,1.26, so close. the average of thewidth and high of ridge is0.4m and1.4m. these corridor has its own structure features;2) With the development of economy, A small amount of ditch and ridge has beenvarying degrees of curing in the study area;3) The value of Ratio of Line to Node,Connectivity and circuitry Index of River-ditches are1.081,0.362,0.042,6.43km/km2respectively, rivers were0.948,0.320, no, and0.320km/km2, ditches are0.897,0.302, no, and0.302km/km2, the ridge were1.464,0.488,0.232,45.03km/km2,river-ditches the network characteristic values of river-ditches was bigger than riversand ditches themselves. (4) Analyzed the connectivity of river-ditches for the stability of terrace watersupply based on the least-cost distance model in QuanFu ZhuangHe basin. The resultindicate:1) ditches、rivers、river-ditches as the source for irrigation, the maximumnumber of minimum cumulative resistance value is respectively6368,4782,3178,decreases with ditches、rivers、river-ditches increasing the value of Ratio of Line toNode, Connectivity and Circuitry Index respectively, irrigation resistance reducedwith increasing the network structure complexity, increased the stability of terracewater;2) The irrigation resistance of the Hani Terraces by rivers and ditches arehigher than by river-ditches network. There were66.36%area of total terrace can getstable irrigating water by river-ditches network;3) Taking the self-irrigation andtwo-way irrigation terraces into account, the stable area of irrigation water of theDayutang village is decreased from14.1%to10.6%, while the Xiaozhai village isdecreased from7.5%to7.1%, which indicate the higher stability of irrigation water ofHani Terraces. This study can provide for decision support to optimal configuration riverscorridor、ditches corridor and ridge corridor, and the results can be used for decisionmaking of the local goverment.
