Research On Planning Mode Of High-rise Housing In Shenzhen

High-rise housing is an effective way to save the land, which can meet the development of a city with a land shortage. With the speeding urbanization of our country, the tendency of high-rise housing becomes more and more evident. Thus it is important to study high-rise housing for adapting to the development of a city. Planning mode is the core part in designing of high-rise housing.And as multiple influencing factors, planning mode is also changing and developing constantly.As the opening window on the Reform and opening-up, urbanization of Shenzhen is fast, where the demands of high-rise housing are huge. After developing in many years, the standard of high-rise housing in Shenzhen has been in the leading position of China, while new design conception has been created, and plentyof experiences have been obtained. This dissertation analyses and summarizes three stages of planning mode of high-rise housing and their influencing factors in Shenzhen, for offering useful guidelines for high-rise residential building designers.First of all, this dissertation demonstrates the developing background of high-rise housing in Shenzhen, and the situations of high-rise housing in China as well as in other countries. Then, the study analyzes planning mode of high-rise housing and influencing factors on it at three stages in Shenzhen. In the budding development stage, there are a few planning modes. The dwelling unit is mainly to meet the housing demand,the level of which is very low, and the combination mode is mainly detached mode which is referred to Hongkong. In the rapid development stage, as the increase of people's housing demand, the planning modes are very various. In the mature stage, under the influence of many factors, the planning modes become more and more various. The dwelling units not only develop in the room combination all the time, but also appear in the family size and residential behavior. The complex combination modes are also used widely. Eventually, a summary is given to the development of planning mode of high-rise housing in Shenzhen based on research of three stages coveringtwenty years,which provides a developing direction for high-rise housing in the future.
