Discussion On Humanized Graphic Design Of High-rise Residential Buildings In Shenzhen Area And Its Main Influencing Factors

The so-called "living in peace.Home ownership is not only a building,but also a way of life.Life should have a life.Facing different customer groups,the demand for housing is different,how to create different design products for different customer groups is particularly important.In addition,Shenzhen City is a design capital and is a city full of exploration spirit.Shenzhen’s architectural design concept is advanced,and because Shenzhen’s land is scarce,household design and research have always been at the forefront of the industry.The main research object of this paper is the plane of high-rise housing in Shenzhen.I have been engaged in real estate development and design for many years.During this period,I have experienced high-end residential,C-standard residential projects and affordable housing projects.The projects are concentrated in the developed regions of the Pearl River Delta.In the face of the integration of the real estate industry and the changes of real estate in the National economic status,the real estate industry is bound to be refined and silverized in the future.The control of the National land policy,the reduction of land supply,the expansion of the population,high-rise housing is an effective way to solve this problem,and the humanization and personalized demand of high-rise housing are also increasingly evident.The future in the real estate industry is bound to win the product itself.How to build the Humanized high-rise residential products that stand out in the market,what is the influencing factor,is the core of my thesis.Based on the project of participating in the development and construction,we will study and study the cases of high-end residential buildings and characteristic residential buildings in Shenzhen,and conduct in-depth research and analysis from two aspects:First,Humanized graphic design of high-rise residential buildings in Shenzhen:analysis of its main influencing factors.Therefore,it provides some design ideas and methods for high-rise Humanized residential design.
