| It has been more than ten years since Macao returned to China in 1999.Due to the opening of gambling permit and the introduction of foreign investment,Macao's economic development has taken off,and its population density has increased year by year.High-rise building projects have become an important part of urban construction.As we all known,high-rise buildings have many stories,long construction period,and somethings are difficult to organize in the construction process for example materials,personnel and activities.So,in the early stage of construction,it is necessary to make a full analysis and study for the high-rise building projects.And according to the characteristics of buildings,we should analyze the surrounding situation of the site,allocate well the resources of the project,implement the measures,and formulate the construction technology route in order to save the construction period and improve efficiency.This paper takes the public housing construction project of North East Road in Taipa,Macau as an example to study the construction planning of high-rise building projects.Firstly,according to the specific characteristics and site conditions of the project,according to the theoretical requirements of construction planning and the content of construction organization design,the overall planning and construction organization design of the project are carried out.The main construction content and corresponding construction technology of the project are analyzed,as well as the construction schedule and construction plane layout.The overall requirements and arrangements for the follow-up key construction activities and thematic planning are provided.Secondly,according to the content of general construction planning and organizational design,according to the characteristics of the project,this paper analyses the difficult points in the construction of the project,such as supporting excavation in the construction of deep foundation pit,construction of external wall of basement,etc.,carries out planning and innovation of key construction activities,planning and innovation in the application of technological innovation and new materials,and puts forward specific solutions and main construction technical requirements: Comprehensive application of supporting pile construction technology suitable for complex geological conditions and high and low water level to solve the construction of deep foundation pit supporting pile under complex geological conditions.Using the rolling development planning theory,according to the actual situation of the project,the supporting scheme can be optimized to meet the requirements of shortening the construction period and keeping smooth construction.In order to solve the problem of large earthwork and rockwork excavation,speed up construction progress and ensure construction quality,a construction scheme of foundation pit excavation with supporting installation,layering and sectional excavation is designed.Using new waterproof spraying materials,a new construction method of high-efficiency modified quick-drying waterproof system for external wall of basement is explored.Finally,the difficulties in project construction management,such as quality management and civilized construction management on site,are comprehensively analyzed and studied.Applying PDCA quality management theory,this paper puts forward a quality control and management system suitable for the project itself,and in order to improve the management level and depth,the specific requirements and management points of civilized construction on site are put forward.It is of great importance and positive significance for improving the depth and level of construction planning in Macau's construction industry to have a thorough understanding and discussion of the construction management planning ideas in Macau's construction industry. |
