Hydraulic gearbox is an important driving device.It's noise has always been one of the main factors that affect the quality of domestic large tonnage internal combustion forklift truck. Therefore, It is important to improve the quality of this machine.Order tracking technology is not only one of the important technology used in the rotating machinery vibration, noise signal analysis and fault diagnosis, also very appropriate to research the noise of the hydraulic gearbox. Developing a program that generate order tracking spectrum can provide a efficient analytical tool for researching the noise of forklift gearbox.This paper provides both theoretical basis for noise analysis of the hydraulic gearbox and the noise regressor bight at different operating conditions via study the structure of hydraulic gearbox or analysis the noise signal collected in the gearbox test bench. Furthermore,confirming the second gear speed march is of magnitude of hydraulic gearbox noise .Application the program generating order tracking spectrum which was developed by Matlab,analysis order tracking, frequency spectrum and side-frequency,diagnosing that the gear meshing is the primary reason and the gear is on the common axis with the torque converter. Through the dismounting hydraulic gearbox test, it's verified that the gear meshing, which is on the common axis with the torque converter, is responsible for the primary noise of hydraulic gearbox. And the quality of the gear is in good condition. Finally,it's deduced that the coaxial structure of torque converter and the gear leads to bad gear meshing. It provides a basis for improving the coaxial structure of torque converter and the gear.
