Research On Noise Reduction Technology Of Internal Combustion Forklift Trucks

With the development of society,customers have raised higher and higher requirements on the noise of forklift trucks.Improving the control level of noise of the internal combustion forklift truck is an important issue to improve the operational comfort of the forklift truck,Breaking the foreign technical barriers and improve the market competitiveness of the products,is the domestic forklift manufacturers have to face a continuous important issue.In this paper,a certain type of internal combustion counterbalanced forklift truck is taken as the research object to analyze the mechanism and characteristics of the main noise sources of the internal combustion forklift truck,take the specific noise suppression measures,and finally test the whole vehicle to verify the effect of the noise reduction measures.Specific content includes the following aspects:1.Introduce the basic concepts of acoustics and noise testing technology of internal combustion forklift truck,analyze the mechanism and characteristics of radiation noise of engine,analyze the mechanism and characteristics of intake and exhaust system noise,analyze the mechanism and characteristics of cooling system noise and hydraulic system noise.And all kinds of noise suppression techniques were analyzed and discussed.2.According to the original parameters of internal combustion forklift engine,fan and gear pump,the main frequency of the noise source is calculated theoretically.The internal combustion forklift noise test through a variety of test methods.Spectrum analysis and 1/3 octave analysis of the test results to identify the main noise sources.and the noise test results of spectrum analysis and 1/3 octave analysis to determine the main noise source.According to the noise characteristics of various noise sources,noise reduction technology is designed.3.Finally,the noise reduction effect of various types of noise reduction techniques were tested separately.Through the test data analysis,all kinds of noise reduction technology have achieved better noise reduction effect.Finally,in accordance with national standards for noise testing of the internal combustion forklift,The A-weighted emission sound pressure level at the operator position and the A-weighted sound power level in a work cycle achieved a good noise reduction effect.
