In recent years,with the continuous progress of the social economy,the continuous development of the level of science and technology,in the economic development,the importance of logistics transportation equipment has become more and more obvious.With the increase of the number of mechanical forklifts,noise pollution has become an environmental pollution problem and needs urgent solution.Forklift gearbox is a key component of forklift truck,and controlling its noise has become an important research content of more and more production enterprises.In this paper,in view of the large noise of a 3 ton forklift gearbox produced by a company,this paper carries out a survey and analysis of various factors affecting the noise,and studies and analyzes the commonly used profile modification method.Through the implementation of the profile modification method,the noise of the gearbox is reduced and the noise reduction effect is verified by the noise detection.In the research and improvement of secondary side gap,the compensation of thermal deformation is emphatically analyzed.Through accurate calculation of heat compensation,the design parameters are modified,production and assembly are made according to the improved design parameters,and the noise values are tested through bench test,and the noise of the gearbox is obviously reduced.This paper first introduces the structure principle of the 3 ton forklift gearbox.Through the test and analysis of the fault transmission box,the noise improvement point of the gearbox is positioned in the shift speed change part,and the improvement of the gear meshing noise is the key point of the noise reduction.The factors affecting the gear meshing noise are analyzed.Through the measurement and analysis of the material,the influence of the center distance of the box and the tolerance of the box shape is excluded,and two improvement points are found,one is the improvement of the gear modification and the other is the improvement of the side gap of the gear pair.Through the bench test,the transmission box of the forklift truck of the profile modification method rear gear of the assembly tooth and the gearbox of the rear gear with the assembly and optimization of the gear pair are tested and verified respectively.Through comparison and verification,the average noise value of the 3 ton forklift gearbox of the 3 ton forklift gearbox after the profile modification method is reduced and the gear box of the 3 ton forklift truck after the gear side clearance is optimized.The average noise value is reduced by 2-3 dB.
