Tests of automobile reliability is the useful way to checkout the quality of automobile and its assemblies, ensure the safe of life and vindicate legal benefits. View of the current national and industry standards for automotive electrical appliances reliability test are unitary and incomplete. We develop the reliability test system for automotive electrical system specially. This paper discusses the measurement system and monitoring software for the design and development processes, and engineering applications, detailedly.Through the analysis of the working principles of automotive electrical system and automatic monitoring techniques, the researchers have developed design ways for the vibration simulation test system and the monitoring software. Meanwhile, by selecting a right measuring instruments and flat roof of developing software, combining ideas of measuring system and programming work, design for test system of automobile electrical reliability and developing for monitoring software have be realized.Combination with the documents of faults recordings from the monitoring software and the life's distribute rules of automobile electrical, the researchers have developed estimating methods for it. It will discuss in detail about the processing of calculating the life by using chart estimation methods and the automobile life mileages and the correlative evaluating index for automobile electrical reliability. When the test is over, it will be automatically generated the report of it, including basic information of test, evaluating index of reliability and the automotive electrical system reliability.Besides, there are plenty of automobile electrical tests to be done in the future. It can improve the accuracy of simulation in the true working environment and the veracity of test methods. It will provide valid means for the research of automotive product reliability.
