| Aeroengine vibration testing is an important work during process of research & development, and it is also essential for the state evaluation of engines involving in service and the maintenance.According to the vibration issues and characteristics of aero-engines, this paper studied the engine vibration testing, controlling & vibration testing of shakers and summarized the testing concepts, contents, methods and steps of sine vibration, random vibration, and shock vibration measurement for aero-engines & their components under vibration excitation by a shaker.This paper also studied the signal processing method and its implementation for the aero-engine vibration testing data.In the light of the special characteristics of the Aeroengine vibration measurement, vibration testing measurement system software for aero-engines was designed and developed under LabWindows/CVI platform. It has various vibration testing functions, such as the data collection, A/D conversion, sine vibration, random vibration, and shock vibration measurement under Windows system.The software possesses excellent human-machinery interaction interface. It has comprehensive functions, and is easy to operate. It provided an effective tool for vibration testing measurement of aero-engines. An experimental validation shows that it has reached the designed specifications and is an effective tool for vibration measurement in practice. |
