In our country it was not until the1990's that many cities started to attach importance for planning and constructing of parking facility. At present, there exist some universal problems for parking facility in many cities of our country such as:the scarcity of parking facilities, the unbalanced proportion among various parking facilities, the unreasonable layout and arrangement, the low-level efficiency, the random curb parking, and so on. These problems may be caused by inefficient parking policy and management, but the lack of the scientific theory and method of parking planning is also another basic reason. In case of accelerate urban parking facility contribution, researching sciences planning and design methods for urban parking facility as an important subject in urban development planning. For an example of stereo garage operation in lack of land at home, low rate of use is a ubiquitous problem, sciences planning theory and method for stereo garage scale and location planning other than unreasonable technical reason and management practice.In order to solve the problem of difficulty for parking in the process of urban development, based on a mass of planning and construction of parking facility is researched at home and abroad, the cause of difficulty for parking is researched mainly, characteristic of parking demand is analyzed and contrasted, on account of characteristic and applicable conditions of parking demand forecasting model, and it is used to speculative compute Lanzhou city parking demand.Probability distribution modal, maximum entropy of parking demand modal and multiple target coefficient of contrast modal for parking facilities transportation planning at home and abroad were researched, transportation planning modal under land shortage in urban business center spacer sources is severely restricted is established, satisfy owners of vehicles require of walking distance in receptacle uttermost, making maximum satisfaction for parking berthing capacity in the area. Ant Colony Genetic algorithm is used to solve multi objective optimization problem is researched, then aim at site selection for stereo garage under spacer restricted problem, rang parameters numeric area and the pheromone update mechanism are described, cross degeneration in the genetic algorithm positive role is researched.Finally take Lanzhou as an example, supply and demand of parking facility and its existing problem is analyzed, on the basis of urban totality layout, specific survey data of Lanzhou city is used, take business center of Chengguan district for prominent problems is analyzed as case study. In the results of calculation process parameter is analyzed in every functional areas which is divided, the experiment results showed that research method planning guiding and feasibility in this paper for urban stereo garage's location planning guiding and feasibility, table a proposal for urban stereo garage's layout and land planning in detail level. |
