In the trend of structural cultural diversity, people are also quite concerned about the regional architecture. The building design which combines the local climate is an efficient way to achieve architectural energy saving and to create a healthy living environment. The combination of climate in building design is the necessary way to display the local architecture characteristics. Nowadays, energy saving, environmental protection and sustainable development have become the mainstream of social development.Yulin region in the northern Shaanxi is a serious energy consumption zone in china. In recent years, many medium and small cities in this region arises with resource exploitation, but also brought about disordered development and factors of disharmony. Therefore, there is an urgent need to integrate the climate and environmental factors of this area so as to research on the residential energy conservation. According to the climate in Northern Shaanxi, this paper selects a large number of multi-storey residential buildings of this type as the researching carrier. Considering the currently existing problems in multi-storey residential buildings of the Northern Shaanxi, the author will try to carry a research from the following areas to fulfill the goal of creating modern multi-residential constructions which are energy-efficient and can display the local characteristics, here is it:The paper starts with the brief introduction to the origin and the significance of the selected topic, and reviews the status of current research to make a clear direction for the research. Secondly, through the analysis of energy efficiency of residential building at home and abroad, especially for which locate in our country dispersedly, the paper conclude the design which current housing should mainly use for reference in energy saving referring to the climatic adaptation building and people's way to adapt climate in the Chinese traditional house . Thirdly, through status research and analysis conducted in multi-storey residential of Shenmu in Yulin region, the current main problems in energy saving and the reasons which cause large energy consumption is summarized. The fourth part applies for the multi-storey residential climate adaptation which is located in extreme cold area. From the perspective of architecture distribution, the paper mainly summarizes the location, the access to sunlight, shelter, environmental design. In the aspect of building envelope and materials, this paper will mainly summarize from the main outside doors and windows, external walls, roof, floor, building shape, etc which is around the building. Meanwhile, in cold areas, we should pay attention to natural ventilation and natural lighting which can help us to save energy. In cold areas, we also need to take good use of renewable energy, such as the rational use of solar energy can also make the goal of achieving energy savings. Finally, in cold regions, this paper will take the actual application of multi-storey residential climate adaptation methods in the specific design method.This paper aims at achieving the purpose of energy saving from the aspect of overall construction planning and building single design.The result shows that the use of overall strategy of eco-design building can combine eco-design measure with building well and with strong maneuverability. General speaking, the increase of the sustainability of the building and the reduction of energy consumption and pollution will save resources and reduce the damage to the environmental ecology, providing a reference to the ecological design architecture for the cold regions. |
