Study On The Northern Of Shaanxi Spatial Development Strategy Based On Land-saving

The survival of mankind cannot leave the land, it is the material base of socialdevelopment. Large population in our country, along with the advancement ofurbanization, the bearing capacity of land resources will with severe population pressureand imbalance development needs. Shanbei area belongs to typical loess plateau, theterrain ups and downs, gully aspect, fragile ecological environment, natural disasters aremore frequent, the huge demand for land resources and urbanization, the excessiveexpansion of urban space constantly consuming a large amount of valuable farmland onthe loess plateau, lead to extensive stock land inefficient use of phenomenon is veryoutstanding, rural settlement space dimension changing so much, the original settlementspace contraction and decline, some idle or lease farmland, and vernacular building is ina state of\"aging, the empty nest\". Based on the above reasons, this paper in view ofthe northern shaanxi mountainous land saving settlement space launches the research, inorder to the development of shaanxi mountainous settlement construction play apositive role.This thesis mainly focuses on mountain settlements space form the goal ofsustainable development, under the guidance of the land saving, living environment inshanbei region, this paper choose the contradiction in development of mountainsettlement as the main research object, combined with relevant theory of subjects suchas sociology, the humanities, geography, using the combination of theoretical researchand empirical analysis of research methods, the mountain settlement of shaanxicomprehensive research, trying to northern shaanxi mountainous settlement spacedevelopment strategy.Paper first to the development of northern shaanxi settlement evolution to comb, trying to find out the settlement law of evolution, after the field investigation, themountain settlement problem of current situation of the development of shaanxi wereanalyzed, and the settlement in the form of diversification, settlement center of emptywaste, the lag of settlement function can affect the development of the settlement itself,in order to save land for ideas, trying to put forward the optimization tactics of thesettlement space. Second, standing in a new perspective of land saving, through theanalysis of the northern shaanxi mountain settlement spatial development driving force,which leads to the settlement of the two kinds of development direction, the site updatesand polymerization migration, select the typical case of detailed investigation andcomparison, analysis and summary, put forward the section type concrete strategy of thedevelopment of human settlements, such as the development of three-dimensional space,optimization of public space, etc. Finally, try to explore the land on the basis ofeconomical development of northern shaanxi settlement space development pattern.Paper based on the existing settlements space research of northern shaanxi loess plateauregion, from the perspective of land saving, land saving in the mountain areas innorthern shaanxi loess plateau kiln in the development of the settlement space form isstudied, to breakthrough the limitation of the past, put the settlements of the researchbackground section is parsed.
