Research Of Data Acquisition And Analysis System Of Vehicle Traveling Data Recorder

Vehicle Traveling Data Recorder (VTDR) is a digital electronic record instrument, which can record and store the speed, starting time, stopping time, mileage and other status information of vehicle. It can be used broadly and play a very important role in many ways. It enables strict and effective control of the driver' s operations, so that safe driving is enhanced and accidents diminished. It also provides detailed and reliable driving data to help the public security authorities analyze and handle accidents.According to the national standard of GB/T 19056-2003 (Vehicle Traveling Data Recorder), the whole VTDR system has been designed , including recorder host and data analysis software. The recorder host is developed base on embedded USB interface (SL811HS) and used to collect and store speed, time, mileage and other status information of vehicle. The data analysis software can analyze those original data from the host and realize many functions, such as query, statistic, schematics, parameter setting, purview management and so on.The rigorous testing has indicated that the device works well and the design can meet the demands of national standard.
