With China's fast development, the energy consumption is increasing. The traditional electricity generation model can not meet the people's growing demand for electricity, in order to ease the pressure on electricity demand, the construction of nuclear power plants is becoming more and more important, but the existence of nuclear radiation leads to the high reliability of the nuclear power equipment.Drumscreen is an important filter equipment for thermal power plants and nuclear power plant. It can effectively remove vegetation, fish and other debris which is bigger than the mesh. It can also be used for urban environmental protection, water supply, metallurgy, chemical and other industries for the water screen system. Drum filter drum skeleton from the main spindle assembly, device drivers, flushing water systems, lubrication system, a closed system, operating platforms, the electrical control devices, anti-corrosion cathodic protection devices and so on. Drumscreen is driven by the drive shaft with a small gear, and the Internet-driven drum major gear rotation.Based on the finite element analysis software ANSYS, I'll do the static stress analysis, modal analysis, seismic design analysis. In order to improve the accuracy and mesh easily, we'll make the drumscreen model in the ANSYS environment directly. According to the difference of the water lever between the inside and outside drumscreen, the static analysis is divided into three working conditions for analysis. In the seismic analysis we used two methods:the response spectrum analysis and the time history analysis. At last I will draw the strain and stress curve.
