Parks and urban green space system in urban public life is most closely components; to generally improve the standard of public services, parks, through the park system must be rational distribution. Construction of urban green space landscape early, as long as funding for construction, do not worry about green space and parks, after completion of services can not play or duplication of services; but a certain amount of urban green landscape from private houses into the evolution of urban green services , the scientific and rational layout is particularly important.With intuitive planners can not be a fair and equitable distribution of public green facilities, people eager to apply new theories and technologies to advance the existing planning mechanisms of green services, expand and improve the existing planning theories and methods. In recent years, with the industrialization and accelerating the process of information, "Digital Earth" concept put forward and "Digital City" that is holistic, project-oriented national strategy for the implementation of geographic information system (GIS) in our city planning application in the field of deepening; GIS technology "organic integration" in the urban public green facilities planning model will be an inevitable trend and research focus.This paper briefly reviews the development process of green parks and park systems in the formation, distribution methods; and comparative analysis studies, the Green Park System identified as public service facilities. Based on this, analysis of borrowing from other public service facilities layout methods using GIS technology, the possibilities.
