With the development of cities and the improvement of living standards of urban residents,concepts such as "Beautiful China","National Ecological Garden City" and "National Forest City" have become more and more popular,and people’s demand for urban park green spaces is not only satisfied with the urban green environment built by traditional indicators such as the green area rate and per capita park green area.Therefore,it is particularly important to scientifically evaluate and plan the layout of urban park green space.Therefore,this study aims at the problem about the layout of urban park.with the perspective of fairness,efficiency,taking the urban park green space system of Fuzhou main urban area as the research object,and using"3S" technology,Google Earth images in 2017 is the main basic data.Using the network analysis method,this paper makes a qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluation of the spatial accessibility of Fuzhou urban park green space system according to the different travel modes of pedestrians,buses,and motor vehicles.At the same time,it compares and analyzes the different streets in five main districts.The study found that the layout of urban parks in the main urban area of Fuzhou City is not ideal ingenerally.More than half of the area in the study area could reach green park within an average of 30 minutes,while 48.44%of the residents in the area had to spend an average of more than 30 minutes to reach the green space;the layout of the park is more concentrated and the regional differences are larger.Secondly,on the basis of the quantitative evaluation of urban park green space accessibility,the paper plans 136 candidate green park patches in the study park green space service blind areas and areas with poor accessibility.A multi-objective optimization model of the best coverage of the green space in urban parks and maximum security services population based on the MATLAB genetic algorithm is established,Calculated three kinds of location optimization programs,which choose 45,52,and 63 new Fuzhou city green park patches.Finally,this study combines the urban park green space system planning principles,from the perspective of city planning and city managers,propose planning strategies,in combination with the "Fuzhou Urban Master Plan(2011-2020)" and."Fuzhou Urban Greenland System Planning(2016-2020)",Choose the second option from the three optimization options.Put forward the new layout plan for urban park green space system based on spatial accessibility,which provides a certain reference and guidance for the planning and construction of urban park green space system in Fuzhou. |
