| With the development of auto electronic control technology, the biggest change is the electrical part of the body. A large number of separate body electrical control module which can improve vehicle comfort have brought the cost increase. Step by step, the difficulty of the equipment control and malfunction analysis diagnose enlarged alot. Stealing or robbing automobiles especially cars are very serious. Hence, security has also become urgent problems with the development of modern information society.Basing on analyzing the functional requirements of the vehicle body controller, this paper proposes the general design scheme to solve the above problems. It is composed by one BCM host and four remote controllers. PIC single chip microprocessor is chosen as the main control chip which has low-power, high-speed, strong driving capability and so on. Taking into account of low-power, low cost and high reliability requirements, the hardware circuits are designed including the circuit for status acquisition, the output driving circuit, power circuit, radio receiving circuit and radio remote-control circuit and so on. The design idea and method of every software module in body control system are set forth. Rolling code security encipherment system and system data processing including radio data receiving algorithm, rolling code software deciphering algorithm, microprocessor agreement and applied system controlling flow are analyzed.The test bench of the environmental function in the body control system is carried out. The results show that the hardware design of body control system is reasonable and the control strategy of software is correct and effective.The system is stable and reliable so as to meet the requirements of the design completely. |
