Study And Practice On The Remote Control Technology Of Dispatch Control Integration Mode

With the rapid development of economy in Dongguan,the scale of Dongguan power grid is also expanding.The workload of daily tasks such as the maintenance of grids,adjustment of operation mode and commissioning of equipment are growing rapidly.The operation of power grid control is more and more complex.Currently,the operation of grid relies on substation patrol center.Not only can’t it satisfy the rapid processing requirements of power grid accidents,the current staffing,it is also difficult to meet daily operational requirements.The regulation and control integration mode of China Southern Power Grid carried out an important solution to the problem,and control center controls substation equipment remotely has become an inevitable trend.But now,the dispatch and control center of Dongguan power grid only achieved to control switch remotely.The remote control of breakers and secondary equipment has not yet widely implemented due to technical and management reasons.The paper focuses on the key technical points of regulation and remote control technology in the application process.Based on the characteristics of breaker in remote control,secondary equipment in remote control,dispatching automation system and intelligent operation tickets system,the research carried out the implement methods of remote control technology of breaker and secondary equipment in Dongguan Power Supply Bureau,and also put forward a programing operation method to archive power grid regulation.In this paper,the current management model of Dongguan and two other control integration models of China Southern Power Grid were compared.The efficiency of human resources,the operation cost of technical support system and the efficiency of management were fully analyzed.And the author studied deeply into the technical details of Dongguan’s programing dispatching operation under monitoring and patrol center mode.At the same time,through the research on remote control of breaker,secondary equipment and programing dispatching operation,combined with the business regulations of Dongguan Power Supply Bureau,the paper proved the safety of remote control technologies in dispatching.Finally,the paper shows the effectiveness and practicability of the remote control technology proposed in this paper through actual pilot cases.
