| This dissertation elaborated the general research of cam mechanism firstly, and then pointed out that the cam experiment was limited in measuring and analyzing motion parameters in most technical colleges and universities of China. Latterly, an innovative complex experimental platform for disc cam mechanism was designed to perform a series of complex experiments by designing, analyzing, optimizing and testing cam mechanism. The platform was built up by hardware and software, including two sub-platforms, a designing and analyzing platform and a testing platform.After introducing the general design idea, the dissertation discussed about the two sub-platforms in two parts.ADAMS/View was adopted as a designing and analyzing platform to generate a 3D model by parameterization. As an example, an offset translation cam with tip follower was designed and simulated .The outline curve of the cam was optimized after correcting the motion rule of the follower.In the testing platform, signals were picked based on the theory of data acquisition and the software design was completed with Labview8.5, which was the virtual instrument developing platform. |
