With the development of our country's economy, great changes have been occurred in highway recently, meanwhile, cement concrete pavement have a rapid development with the use technical specifications of slipform construction, however the damage of cement such as jack mud, broken boards, cracks and other diseases appear continually, Some of them need to be repaird just at the beginning, The situation of bad quality is particularly serious, which has a great iMpact on the driving comfort and safety, also the community is iMpacted.Nowadays a lot of researchs has been done about the quality control of slipform construction cement pavement, but there are no specific indicators of construction quality control system. The current control indicators are only limited in three areas:thickness, flexural strength, and smoothness, which make low efficiency and accuracy, and incomprehensive quality control of slipform construction cement pavement.For the above problems, this paper carries on the study on various iMpact factors of slipform Paving cement pavement, those factors include raw materials, paving machine, concrete mixing quality control in road construction. Taking Linkou to Daluomi part of Jine Highway (Linda section for short) as the research object, through the theoretical analysis of indicators of slipform cement concrete pavement construction quality, this paper establishes a preliminary indicator system on slipform construction quality on the basis of past experience and information. Select a reasonable index through analysing a series of laboratory tests and construction site inspection tests. In this paper, principal component analysis was used to analyze these experimental data, and SPSS software was used to calculate the contribution of each factor to get the main factors which affect the slipform construction quality of concrete Pavement. In the last part this paper established a comprehensive and objective index system. The index system not only emphasizes the strength of concrete, but also pays attention to the antiskid property and durability. It can make the road have strong structure, excellent materials, coMpact panel, firm stru, joint sealing, antiskid safety, unobstructed drainage. The index system comprehensively analyses the factors that affect the quality. In accordance with this index system, some quality problems can be avoided and be timely controlled. This index system also can apply reference to quality control of slipform Paving concrete pavement construction.
