Now the cement concrete pavement is the main road structure in our country,but the mileage of cement concrete pavement is less then the asphalt pavement in highway.In our country,the most common way to paving the concrete pavement is sliding paving.The construction speed and the quality are better,but the roughness is worse than the asphalt pavement.The construction technology need to be strengthened.In order to improve the construction level and overall quality of the cement concrete pavement,this paper mainly studies on the following aspects:In order to solve the problem that the construction performance of low slump concrete is difficult to be strictly controlled in slippery form construction,a series of evaluation indexes such as the amount of concrete vibrating pulp,the concrete liquefaction time and the concrete model characteristics are put forward.The results show that the incorporation of concrete liquefier has effectively improved its vibrating pulp and reduced the liquefaction time,and the concrete model has good characteristics,which effectively improves the low slump Concrete working performance.In order to explore the bumpy posture of the sliding paving machine and improve its driving stability,Slipform paver's angle of dip could be measured by the Jewell tilt meter,which is commonly used in different construction conditions.After the semi-wavelength statistics,the rule of the bumpy posture is obtained.The results are as follows: the slip-form paving machine is running with Shortwave bumps volatility.Effective control of half-wave lengths of 0.1-0.5m and 0.5m-1m has a positive influence on improving road surface roughness.when the paving machine's baseline pile spacing encryption and the paving speed is reduced,the lateral bumpy stability has improved.SP1600's paving ability,self-weight and track support forces are much more stronger than SP850,there is no doubt that SP1600's driving stability is better.When the SP850 is in the construction condition,the supporting force of the concrete which is under the machine is effectively reduces the generation of the long band waves,and its wavelet fluctuates significantly.Thus,To improve the quality of road,the construction technology can be improved based on the conclusions which has been mentioned in this paper.In order to improve the resistance of the paver during the construction of the sliding mold,the overall paving quality of the cement concrete pavement is improved,and theslope resistance,pushing material resistance,extrusion resistance,The results show that If the longitudinal slope is less than 0.3%,there is no effect on the construction of flatness,on the other side,if it is more then 0.3%,pavement construction should along the direction of the longitudinal slope.If the super elevation reaches 5%,the flatness will be worse.Keep the material uniformity of concrete can effectively reduce the pushing resistance.Extrusion of roof's Angle should be not more than 15 degrees.Under the normal operation of the extruding cabin contact pressure,the frictional resistance between roof and concrete does not have influence on the effects of a construction process.Rub flat beam depth of mortar can be thought of,with up to 5 cm,as the layer thickness.In this paper,the paper presents a new method for the evaluation of the defects in the early surface layer of concrete concrete slabs,The results show that the surface condition of the concrete surface is graded with the surface roughness index(SNI)of the concrete structure.
